This berry avocado chia pudding is simple and easy recipe and my kids LOVE it. Mornings are a busy time in our house, so any recipe that I can put together quickly and my kids love it is a winner. That’s why this recipe regularly shows up in the breakfast rotation.

The added benefit is that the ingredients are packed with beauty benefits. Berries are a good source of fiber and antioxidants, and avocado is full of healthy fats. It’s good for the skin and digestive system and it will leave you feeling satiated.

This is a superfood breakfast if there ever was one. AND it’s delicious! What’s not to love about that?
